Participants in this CCOM 101 course reside in different time zones. If you are taking this course as a cohort with a facilitator, we recommend that you follow the course in your own time zone. For example, Monday means your Monday and not the time zone where the lead facilitator is located.

It is estimated that the first two learning pathways will take about 10 hours to complete, the next two learning pathways will take about 10 hours and the last two pathways will take about 15-20 hours to complete. To enhance your learning, we suggest you do the recommended exercises in each course text reading. The text exercises offer a knowledge and skill building ladder as you progress through the course so this strategy can help you successfully complete the applied learning challenges.
Like the text readings and exercises, the other learning activities are also sequenced to progressively develop effective business communication knowledge, attitudes, and skills. You will be able to better understand and integrate your learning if you work through the learning resources in the order they are presented.
