Overview

In this learning pathway, you will survey common written business communication formats. Written communication requires skill and tact. From text messages to memos, letters, business proposals, press releases, reports and sales messages, how you represent yourself and your business in writing matters. You will learn about different content, design, uses, and social customs in various formats and their functions in creating messages customized to influence specific audiences. Choosing the proper business communication format communicates professionalism.
