Constantly talking isn't necessarily communicating.

—Charlie Kaufman

In this learning pathway, we look at the importance of communication in business contexts.

How we express ourselves, both verbally and non-verbally, influences how others see us. When we communicate messages accurately and effectively, our relationships are more productive. Good communication is necessary for many aspects of career success, from landing a job, through to teamwork, customer relations, problem-solving, and getting promotions.
