How does the target audience influence a writer’s choice of words and language usage for business documents? Think of a topic you would describe in a casual style for one audience, and in a formal way for a different audience. Write one casual tone, and one formal tone, informative and persuasive message on your topic, of no more than 250 words each. As you write, consider how your messages may be interpreted in both digital and print communication environments. How could you adapt your messages to build a relationship with your audience in either or both contexts?
