Is "delegated" services the correct term?
We expect OERu partners to take responsibility for payment gateways, so technically they are not acting on-behalf of the OERu so not sure if we are delegating in this context because the OERu was not intending to receive payments from learners.
Perhaps we need a heading for "Partner hosted services"
Perhaps in the future there will be delegated services, so I think we should keep the heading but the current examples listed under delegated services would be better described as partner hosted services imo.
