Welcome to final Session 4 which covers the Groups, Teams and Leadership learning pathway. You will find information about the previous sessions in the Announcements section of the CCOM 103 course site.

In this pathway, you will learn about the differences between groups and teams, and their respective life cycles, member roles, and problem-solving characteristics. You will also learn about how different leadership styles affect can team and group work outcomes.
