Overview

This pathway looks at how self-view shapes intrapersonal and interpersonal communication, and how communication is shaped by common social activities like conversations, celebrations, and job interviews. We will also explore relationship theory and the principles of self-disclosure to develop understanding of workplace interpersonal relations. You will be supported to practice effective strategies for job interviews, giving and receiving feedback, and negotiating workplace conflict.
