Summary:	This Workplace Conflict learning challenge requires you to view two role-play videos (about what to do and not to do) in workplace conflict and take a quiz to help you get started on the reflective exercise that follows.
	About 20-30 minutes

Purpose

This learning challenge will give you an opportunity to self-assess whether you have gained the knowledge and skills to apply constructive feedback and conflict negotiation strategies in the workplace.
