This micro-course series offers you a learning space to learn effective communication concepts and skills before you have to apply them in real-world business environments. In this course, you will learn how to prepare, organize, and create different types of presentations expected in business contexts. These include informative and persuasive speeches, elevator pitches, telephone sales scripts, media interviews, sound bites, and more. You will also learn various strategies to overcome common communication barriers and use nonverbal techniques which will empower you to deliver effective presentations for diverse audiences.
