Updating your userpage <smile>

Hey Nicholas,

Long time since we've had a chat. I really like the layout and structure of the FLOSS4Edu project pages - this is really taking shape rather nicely. Thanks to your leadership.

When you get a chance - it would be good if you update your personal user page so the international community can get to know you a little better!

Cheers --Wayne Mackintosh 02:27, 24 September 2007 (CEST)

I am worried

Sir this is a very interesting subject. But A am worried, if it is easy to delete someone's content then wont it be very risk? What if I am writing something and share it to someone who does not like?

Mdidi (talk)21:43, 7 May 2013

Yes it can be risky depending on the kind of outcome you expect. Wikis are only good where you want to have open discussions and involvement of many anonymous people. Otherwise, we will see another option later on.

Hi there, Thanks very much for an informative session today. Am looking forward to the rest of the week.

Hi Nicolas

Welcome to DUT. Your Work is quite interesting. How do you delete a uploaded picture?

MichaelDUT 10:55, 6 November 2012 (UTC)

MichaelDUT (talk)22:54, 6 November 2012

Like most things in the wiki, you can't easily delete an old picture that you or anyone else has uploaded. You can upload a new "version," but the complete history of pictures of that name is available (just like the history of the edits on a text page).

Global warming

Hi Nicholas,

My name is Tim Gillibrand I noticed you contributed to a resource on climate change and wondered if you would be interested in the Global warming project I'm initiating. The project aims to provide learning resources on the scientific basis of global warming, the likely consequences and mitigation of global warming. Mystictim 19:05, 27 November 2009 (UTC)

Collaborating School Projects

Dear Nicholas,

I would like your help in locating and connecting me with high school teachers interested in collaborating on a literature and art sharing project.

Here are websites with some of the work we have done so far with Italy, Canada, and Holland.

Thank you.

Nellie
