Failure to do tutorial 7000:12, 23 November 2007

Hello Mcebisi!

I am David from Solomon Islands. I am just going through the tutorials. By way of practice, may I ask you how you achieve the formating on your user page and the Tutorial on the talk page? Is it just by changing font in the edit window?

best wishes

David

Discussion

1. My thoughts about free speech is that it could be an ideal thing because people are at liberty to do whatever they wish. They are able to exchange ideas freely amongst themselves as colleagues on quiote a variety of issues pertaining to education.

2. I think it means that there are no language, content restrictions or modifying the content.

3. In free speech there are no restrictions because one is at liberty to adapt, modify and use content without restrictions while democracy there are principles governing it. However, I believe there is a thin line between the two concepts.

4. The relationship between the three concepts is that people have the ability to act without any restrictions in modifying educational resources. Besides that they need to be free to be used by any educational institution.
