My Profile
Hi! I am Soobhadrah Bokhoree from a small island called Mauritius [1] and [2].
I completed my B.A (Hons) in English from University of Delhi (South Campus), India [3]. A few weeks after I came back to Mauritius, I had attended a training course in Word Processing Techniques - Intermediate and Spreadsheet Processing Techniques- Intermediate for job purpose. In 2004,I had joined as an Educator in a secondary school where I had taught French Language, French Literature, English Language and English Literature. It was my first job and was only on a temporary basis. Though it was for a short period of time, yet I had learned a lot from that. . In 2005, I joined another secondary school (again as an Educator) and presently I am still working there. Since 2005, I have been teaching mainly English Language, Literature in English and General Paper.
Now, I am currently following an M.Sc in Educational Technologies [4] at the University of Mauritius [5].
Professional Background
I had earlier worked as an Educator for almost 1 and a half months in a secondary school named Keats College, Mauritius which was on a temporary basis. Later on, I joined again as an Educator in another secondary school but this time for a permanent post.
Education
- Completed my B.A (Hons) in English in 2003.
- Currently enrolled in Msc Educational Technologies.
My Interests
- I like surfing on the net.
- I love reading. It can be anything - articles, books, encyclopedias and so on.
- I am quite addicted to watching movies including cartoons.
- I am also very passionate about listening to music (irrespective of its language)and dancing.

| I find Wiki Skills Workshop really interesting and motivating. So far I have learnt so many things in only a few days but I still have lots to learn. Moreover, the facilitators are indeed doing great job and they are always there to motivate us to move ahead to discover new things. |
