My Learning4Content course home page

Right here at the top, I'm interested in finding out what's most helpful to you about Wiki-Learning. For example, do you know about this free degree at Harvard (for 25 students in 2011 and 2012 for which you'd have to move to Cambridge, MA) : http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Courses#Free_Degree_Programs ? The great things about Wiki education is that it's editable and therefore interactive. :)

My profile

I'm presently developing World University and School (http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/World_University), a global, virtual, open, free-to-students, multilingual (potentially credit- and degree-granting) university and school, - like Wikipedia with MIT Open Course Ware. It can be in all languages, all subjects, all nation states and at all levels. Add or take a course. With your web camera, post something you'd like to teach to youtube or qik.com, for example. Interactivity happens in virtual worlds like Second Life. It's for the developing world (especially the One Laptop per Child countries) and everyone - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com .

I'm also writing an ethnography of Harbin Hot Springs, with a virtual world aspect. I plan to create a virtual Harbin as ethnographic representation, and to shape a comparable ethnographic field site to on-the-ground Harbin.
