ABOUT ME
Hi,I'm DR Sarathchandran, teaching zoology at Sri Venkateswara college in the Univ. of Delhi for more than 30 years now. I was born in a small village, Chirayinkeezhu, in Thiruvananthapuram dist of Kerala,the southernmost state of India.I had my early schooling and graduation from Kerala and post graduation from BITS, Pilani in Rajasthan, India. Presently, I enjoy the simple leisurely village life of my native place for abt 2-3 months in an year and the typical metro life for the rest of the year, here in Delhi.
MY COLLEGE
My colege is one of the colleges in the Univ.of Delhi, that has been selected as a college with potential for exceelence by the UGC. It's stuated very near to the Univ. of Delhi's south campus at Dhaulakuan, New Delhi. A wide range of undergraduate and post graduate courses in arts,science and commerce streams are offered here. Our teaching fraternity consists of about 150 intelligent and dedicated men and women.Nearly 2300 bubbling and bright young students keep up our name by their excellent curricukar and extra curricular outputs.
WHAT I WANT TO DO?
As a teacher, I would like to use this media to share whatever little I know with a wider group of interested people. I shall be able to contribute to the fields of animal physiology, developmental biology and basics in animal classification other than the basic human values. Ofcourse, I'll practice and propagate open educational resources in all forums.

I'm very fond of
