==Professional Background== Developed the Diploma in Computer Science Programme at the Government Technical Institute in 2001 under the leadership of Mr. Aubrey Overton, the then Principal.
This programme was later implemented at the Linden, New Amsterdam and Essequibo Technical Institutes
