Commonwealth vs. Global

What if I wish to target global learners as opposed to just those in commonwealth countries? Does that matter?

  • No problems whatsoever -- anyone with a connection to the Internet is free to use WE, it doesn't matter where users reside or connect. Our spread is global -- with users coming from +190 countries. (There are only 53 Commonwealth countries) --Wayne Mackintosh 02:16, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
