Dr.Jayashree Godse. I have done my PhD in Nutrion.I was working as Head and Reader in Govt Institution for 34 ys. I was Director of Govt. Pre I.A.S. CENTRE.I worked as Principal of Home Sc. college. Now I am retired. I DO LOT OF socail work

My Interests

Professional  Writing fiction,for adult learners published 15 books in Marathi. I am a senior trainer of U.G.C. PROGRAMME for capacity building of lectueres in highier education.

I have a degree in Drama .

Personal

I write plays, act and direct for adults and children.

 I am member of variety of orgs. which work for the children with specail needs.eg hearing impaired, blind, mentally challengad.

Project 1:

Apana Club is one project which we are running for 25 yrs.It is an activity for school children in the age group of 11to15yrs .Basically we cover Z.P.or Municipality's Schools where children from lower income group come.It is one hour activity on Sundays. We prepare a handbook for the activities to be conducted on every Sunday,by inviting people who are ready to write articles songs etc .We follow the calender and give information about famous personality,leaders,poets, plus tell them about importance of that Day which is being celebrated.Competitions are held story telling, drawing ,singing,.We take them for a trip or visits .It is all voluntary.We gate lot of satisfaction out of it.

Project 2:

Second project that I take up is conducting Drama workshops for Teachers and Students.It helps in improving their personality and boost confidence.Teachers can use dramatisation as method for teaching.It is very interesting.
