My name is Desmond Joseph Williams. I live in freetown, Sierra Leone and I work for the Institute Of Public Administration and Management(IPAM) University of Sierra Leone. I am attached to the Information System Department as a Cisco Instructor and Senior IT Officer. I have over Ten years working experience in Information Technology and have worked for the University for five years and have actively involved in improving ICT awareness and facilities within IPAM.I have a fitter General certificate from the National Power Authority Training School,and Several certificates in Computer Software, Networking, Hardware and Web designing. I am also a Cisco Instructor at IPAM Cisco Networking Academy.
