Alanieta Lesuma-Fatiaki

My name is Alanieta Lesuma-Fatiaki and I work as an Instructional Designer at the Centre for Flexible and Distance Learning (CFDL), University of the South Pacific (USP), Suva, Fiji. My work entails providing instructional design advice to faculty collegues for courses developed for distance offer in USP. In addition I also conduct training for faculty in learning and teaching strategies for distance courses as well as for our online delivery. I absolutely love what I do and have keen interests in OERs and Learning and Teaching in general.
