Upon completion of your workshop, you will be required to produce a report on the workshop proceedings and any lessons learned. This report will help the community to generally improve their capacity building methodologies and will also highlight the success and/or failure of your training.

Generally the OER Workshop report will have the following sections:

  1. Introduction: A section introducing the overall objectives of the workshop, how many people attended the workshop etc
  2. Workshop Proceeding: This section seeks to outline the workshop and a summary of how the workshop was conducted
  3. Workshop Outcomes: This section describes the strategic outcomes of the workshop if any? Of interest is the formation of expert groups to carry on the process of content development.
  4. Lessons Learned: This sections outlines the lessons learned from the workshop and highlights those that should be shared and the issues that facilitators need to be aware of.
