Section 4.7: Preparing the spreadsheet for distribution

Section Overview

All calculations have been done, cells and cell contents have been formatted, charts and graphs have been created and, as appropriate, moved, duplicated, resized or deleted. You have also taken steps to enhance the appearance of cells and cell contents, as well as charts and graphs. You are now ready to share your work with others, so you need to pay attention to the appearance of the spreadsheet as a whole. In this final section we look at ways to improve the appearance of the individual worksheet, since the spreadsheet consists of a series of worksheets. However before doing so, you must do a final check to ensure the accuracy of your data.
