Breakout session: Cross-national collaboration

  • Intended / possible outcomes for the session?
    • Opportunity for session participants to continue the discussion generated by the panel.
    • What are best practices for working with Ministries of Education?
    • What are the other national actors which need to be included in this debate and how?
    • Are there policies that apply across country lines? (Do countries have similar problems, which open space for collaboration?)
    • Are there opportunities for participants to contribute findings to the OLNet research pool?
    • Are there opportunities for countries to collaborate with each other to help achieve their respective policy objectives?
